Buying and orders
Where can I buy a Score trolley?
Via the “Buy” button on each product page. It takes you straight to our retail partner’s online shop, where you’ll find price, availability and delivery time.
Which colours are the trolleys available in?
All four models come in silver and in black. Choose the colour on the product page below the Buy button.
Who do I contact about delivery, returns or invoices?
The shop you ordered from. It handles the purchase, shipping, withdrawal and invoice. For questions about the product itself, we’re happy to help directly.
Which trolley suits me?
The PX2 and PX3 have no motor: you pull the PX2, the lightest with a 6.2 kg frame; you push the PX3, which stands on its own with three wheels. The EX2 and EX3 are electric: the EX2 with one motor and a differential, the EX3 with two tubular motors inside the rear axle and a range of 27 holes.
Set-up and handling
How do I fold the trolley?
With the rotary knob on the folding hinge. Loosen the knob, fold the frame, done. No tools needed.
How small does it fold?
PX2 and PX3: 59 × 77 × 23 cm without wheels, 60 × 86 × 31 cm with wheels. EX3: 80 × 67 × 25 cm without rear wheels.
Can I take the wheels off?
Yes. The rear wheels sit on a quick release and come off without tools, for example for a small boot.
How do I attach my bag?
The bag rests on rubberised cradles top and bottom and is held by one strap each.
Is the handle height-adjustable?
Yes, the handle bar with the T-handle adjusts to several heights.
The trolley pulls to one side. What can I do?
On the PX3 and EX3 the front wheel’s tracking can be adjusted with a set screw. If that doesn’t help, write to us.
E-trolleys, battery and drive
Which battery do the EX2 and EX3 use?
Both run on a 9 Ah lithium-ion battery. On the EX3 it weighs 1.3 kg and lasts 27 holes.
How do I operate the e-trolley?
Set the speed with the rotary control. Start, stop and distance run on two buttons. The button in the centre of the T-handle sits in an LED ring that shows operation and the low-battery warning.
What does the distance function do?
At the push of a button the trolley drives 10, 20 or 30 metres ahead on its own and then stops.
Does the trolley brake downhill?
Yes. The EX2 and EX3 have an electronic downhill brake, plus energy recovery.
Can I push the EX3 without power?
Yes. The rear wheels have a freewheel, so the trolley can be pushed by hand when switched off.
How do I store the battery over winter?
As a general rule for lithium-ion batteries: store partly charged, dry and at room temperature, and top up every few months. The manual supplied with your trolley is what counts.

What’s in the box?
PX2 and PX3: trolley, umbrella holder, scorecard holder, assembly tool and manual. EX3: additionally battery, charger and battery holder.

How do I clean the frame?
The frame is powder-coated aluminium. A damp cloth is enough. Please no pressure washer, especially on the e-trolleys.
